WunderKeys Preschool Program

The WunderKeys Piano for Preschoolers method books take young children (ages 3 to 5) on a magical journey where they acquire the piano skills, keyboard awareness, and rhythmic understanding needed for a successful future at the piano. Designed for a one-on-one lesson setting, Book 1 encourages exploration of the piano in ways that are accessible and appropriate for this age group.

KiddyKeys is a fresh and innovative approach to teaching piano and music exploration to young children. This engaging and energetic program teaches the piano through improvisation and enables all types of young learners to easily learn music concepts. It's a great way to prepare children for school or future piano lessons. Our primary goal is to lay a solid foundation for your child's education.

 Beginners to Adults  B

Alfred Premier Series which has a little bit for everyone.  Each level of Lesson Books brings a variety of of music genres, along with theory to learn the language of music.  There are many choices to choose from however.

We prepare students for piano/theory exams through the RCM curriculum.

  RCM Graded Program

The RCM Graded Program goes from Prep., Grade 1 to Grade 10 and students can prepare for practical exams as well as theory exams.  The Series changes this year and incorporate lots of new music including pieces from the Alfred Books and others.

The theory books used in the studio are Ultimate Music Theory; all levels.

 Ultimate Music Theory

I have used various theory books in my teaching, and I have found the Ultimate Music Theory series are  the books I like.  The layout of each page make for a concise way of learning.

  Other Teaching Tools

There are so many tools like flash cards, activity books, pictures, apps, etc. to aid the teacher in  making learning tools fit each individual student.  To give younger students a way to learn about composers there are colouring books that tell the story of their lives along with pictures to colour along the way.
